Brand New Me is an closed process oriented group which allows EVERYONE the opportunity to discuss and process concerns, problems and issues in a safe environment while learning strategies and coping skills to encourage hope, health, and healing enabling each to live mentally, emotionally and physically healthy lives. This group is facilitated by a licensed clinician. 6-week session.

In this group you will learn triggers to anger, how to identify signs of anger in oneself, learn problem-solving techniques, ways to communicate positively and effectively, coping skills, relaxation strategies, and mindfulness. 10-week program. Certificate offered once completed.
